  We order from here quite often. Their food is pretty consistent and good. I do think they are pricey for the quality.

  Terrible service, terrible food. We placed an order for an appetizer and two entrees after waiting 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order. Then, 45 minutes after we placed our order, our waitress comes to tell us they don't have the food for our appetizer. We said ok we will just have our entree. Another 45 minutes pass, putting us at an hour and 30 minutes since placing our order, and the waitress finally brings out our food, which was ice cold. No apology for the wait either. Our waitress also never came to our table to refill our drinks. And you can imagine, after being there for an hour and a half, our drinks were empty. This is my second time coming to this Russo's. After having a bad experience the first time, I thought I'd give it another shot. BIG mistake. Never will I go here ever again. Terrible all around.
